Searches the local ticker list first and then the SEC CIK Lookup for all public EDGAR filers. You may also enter an exact CIK directly.
The app identifies the EDGAR filer profile and shows the most research-relevant recurring forms for that profile. Existing domestic 10-K/10-Q/qualified 8-K and foreign 20-F/40-F/qualified 6-K logic is preserved. Other profiles include funds, Regulation A issuers, asset-backed trusts, foreign governments, employee plans and other EDGAR filers. Select Primary, TXT and/or PDF for each exact filing. The date range below does not apply to this section.
Hybrid source detection: use a previously verified URL, an SEC-provided or automatically suggested IR page, or enter the official Investor Relations URL manually. The scanner checks Financial Results plus Events & Presentations sections, reads official year/archive filters, page rows/cards and embedded metadata, and preserves official presentation/event names. Investor Relations documents use the same From Date and To Date entered in Bulk Download by Date Range below. Native PDF, XLSX, PPTX, HTML and webcast formats are retained.
